As someone who loves sci-fi, I very much enjoyed the story. Based on this, I would love to go on to read the other five parts of the story...The plot was well structured, the pacing was fast but not so fast that I felt you were skimping on detail, and most importantly, it’s engaging for the reader. I think sci-fi fans will enjoy it, and they will certainly be curious enough to continue on with the series
I must say, you’re a pretty good storyteller. Strong scene choices that show action and bring a reader’s imagination to life. You did a great work. Honestly speaking, as a beta reader, I learnt a few things from how you strategically placed every word. It wasn’t just some sort of info-dumps, it was very illustrative.

Pearl is an exciting sci-fi adventure with plenty of action, memorable characters, and a world that feels much bigger than just one story. Logan and his crew kept me interested throughout, and the mix of advanced technology, mysterious powers, and dangerous creatures made it hard to put down
